1. How long do you take to dispatch orders?
We dispatch all items within 1 working day.
2. How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard orders will arrive between 2-4 working days and expedited delivery is 1-2 working days.
3. How long does international shipping take?
We ship all our items from our UK warehouse and delivery time can vary from country to country. As a guide, typically, items take 5-7 working days to arrive to the USA and Europe whilst 7-12 working days is an average for the rest of the world.
4. What's your return policy?
All items come with a 1 year warranty and a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy. Simply email us for instructions.
5. What happens if my item doesn't arrive?
We will raise an investigation with our courier and locate your item. If it is not able to be located we will send a replacement.
6. What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition but sometimes this isn't possible due to reasons beyond our control when our courier picks the item up. We will arrange a return and a replacement for any items damaged upon arrival. Simply contact us to let us know of any issues.
7. What if I simply don't want my item any more?
No problem, contact us and we'll arrange a return and refund. Please note that international orders will not have the original shipping cost refunded if you simply change your mind upon arrival.
8. I want a similar item to one you already sell, can you help me?

9. I want to buy a large quantity of your items, who do I speak to?
