As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically double check our computer software to ensure the item is in stock and we will email you if it isn’t - although this is extremely rare. We have a large warehouse with all our goods in our possession. Our warehouses are based in London, England and New York, USA.
Once your order is confirmed that the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information, In most cases, we can ship within 1 business day. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. We do not have to order items from abroad and wait months for them to arrive, they will be shipped directly from us.
You can estimate the deliver time to your home or business by viewing the shipping information listed with every product. All items will take no more than 1 working day to ship (doesn’t include weekends or public holidays). The delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is shipped and will depend on the destination country and shipping service you have chosen. Please note whilst we ship our items on time delays can occur through our couriers (Royal Mail, USPS or UPS) which are beyond our control but we will work with you and them to fix any delays or issues.
Please report damaged or defective merchandise to us immediately by email or phone. Photos of the items and the packaging would be greatly appreciated. This will speed up our resolution process. We strongly recommend at the time of delivery, if your notice any packages that look dented, crushed or just not right, open them immediately and inspect the contents.
